Description

This delightful, hand-processed oolong is grown in the Chi-Lai  mountain at  1800 meters  above sea level in Taiwan. Famous for its “milky” taste  and silky texture ,the large ,tightly-rolled leaves have the alluring fragrance of sweet cream and pineapple. 
The flavor is smooth with light,orchid notes.  Great for multiple infusions.

Brewing Instructions:
1. Fill 1/5 of the teapot with tea leaves, then add hot water (ideally 100°C), and allow to steep.
2. Steep for 60 seconds for the first brew.
3. Steep for 30 seconds for the second brew. 
4. Steep for 60 seconds for the third brew.
5. Add 30 seconds to each steep starting from the fourth brew. Each cup can be brewed at least five times.
