Description

“Re-fermented Oolong Tea”-fermentation is close to that of the black tea, has the tender  sweet  flavor but  without the bitterness of black tea.

Brewing Instructions:
1. Fill 1/3 of the teapot with tea leaves, then  add hot water (ideally 85°C), and allow to steep.
2. Steep for 60 seconds for the first brew.
3. Steep for 30 seconds for the second brew. 
4. Steep for 60 seconds for the third brew.
5. Add 30 seconds to each steep starting from the fourth brew. Each cup can be brewed at least eight times.
