Description

Tea Talk Group Oolong Tea Farm is in Chi-Lai mountain at 1800 meters above sea level in Taiwan.  Oolong Tea trees lay beside verdant
primitive forests. The tea leaves are hand picked, choosing only the best and most tender ones.
The care that is put in to the cultivation and harvesting is manifest in the results: A sparkling clear golden brew with a refreshing aroma and
a sweet and lasting finish that retains a hint of the mountain where from it grew.

Brewing Instructions:
1. Fill 1/5 of the teapot with tea leaves, then add water (ideally 100°C), and allow to steep.
2. Steep for 60 seconds for the first brew.
3. Steep for 30 seconds for the second brew.
4. Steep for 60 seconds for the third brew.
5. Add 30 seconds to each steep starting from the fourth brew. Each cup can be brewed at least five times.
