Description

Tea Talk Group Oolong  Tea Farm is in Chi-Lai mountain at 1800 meters above sea level  in  Taiwan.  The tea leaves are hand picked, choosing only the best and most  tender ones. Burgundy  Black Tea is“ Heavy Oxidizated Tea ”. You don’t need put in milk or sugar, this Black tea is full floral and fruit scent type.

Brewing Instructions:
1. Fill 1/3 of the teapot with tea leaves, then add hot water (ideally 100°C), and allow to steep.
2. Steep for 30 seconds for the first brew.
3. Steep for 20 seconds for the second brew. 
4. Steep for 60 seconds for the third brew.
5. Add 30 seconds to each steep starting from the fourth brew. Each cup can be brewed at least five times.
