“Light Roasting Honey Scent” -  uses only the harvested in June and July after being
bitten by the green leaf hoppers ( Jacobiasca formosana) ; manually picking the top stem with leaves and roasted with traditional techniques to produce the unique ripe fruit and honey scent.

Brewing Instructions:
1. Fill 1/5 of the teapot with tea leaves, then add hot water (ideally 85°C), and allow to steep.
2. Steep for 60 seconds for the first brew.
3. Steep for 30 seconds for the second brew. 
4. Steep for 60 seconds for the third brew.
5. Add 30 seconds to each steep starting from the fourth brew. Each cup can be brewed at least eight times.
